Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 09 APR 2024 meetings were reviewed. Weston Beal moved to
approve the minutes. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
   none


AR review:
 - Lance and Randy will work on posting the tschk2 code and executable to the 
   website.

 - Lance correct odd text in some pages on the website.

New ARs:
 -  Randy will ask Atul to prepare an invoice for the TSCHK work


Discussion:
a. TSCHK2.1.0 final approval and code release
   The group discussed the formal process of approving the TSCHK2 development 
   work. The group approves the work, but Randy suggested that we wait for the 
   open forum vote before making the executable and code available on the 
   website.
   [AR] Randy will ask Atul to prepare an invoice for the TSCHK work so that 
   we can process that for payment after the open forum approval vote.
   
a.1. BUG6 fix review - The newest TSCHK2 delivery includes the fix for BUG6
   Michael Mirmak will check this, but it will take some time. Randy 
   recommended that we approve the release of the code without waiting for the 
   verification of this bug. The bug does not create incorrect results, so no 
   need to hold up the release in the case this bug is not fully fixed.

TSCHK work is done and many of the group will be unavailable for the next few 
weeks. We will tentatively plan for the next task group meeting on 07 MAY 2024.
